In the end, I cannot enter any code anywhere. I finally figured this out!! My Amazon TV device said to register an activation code at Amazon. I did not ever open the MyTV app for the verification. I had to sign in with the www to get it to work. Thanks for nothing. Must be an ad on TV to come this link to get you to download App. There was nowhere to add the code and I can't add the app to my apple tv. TV I was able to do it on my second TV within minutes.
